About Me

I have been a massage therapist and body worker for 14 years.  My touch and mix of techniques is based on what the body responds to and what I feel is happening with the many bodily systems of an individual.  I employ a range of light to deep touch depending upon the situation.  With in each individual's story, I determine how to intergrade the modalities.  It is a process of working to pinpoint the true source of pain, dysfunction, trauma or restriction, then searching through the body's systems and work to open them up for full functionality.

My goal is to enable each person the opportunity for a rejuvenated body, peaceful mind and a beautiful light shining from their soul.

I graduated from Lake Lanier School of Massage and became Nationally Board Certified in Massage and Bodywork  in 2004 and have continued my education in several modalities with leaders in massage therapy belonging to the International Alliance of Health Care Educators.  I never stop learning new modalities and techniques.

My varied modalities include:  Craniosacral,  Lymphatic Drainage,  Myofascial Release and Unwinding,  Visceral manipulation,  Autonomic Nervous System and Brain Tissue,  Nuclei and Fluid work,  Reflexology,  Reiki Master,  Reconnective Healing,  Somato-Emotional Release and finally Heart Center Therapy for emotional release!
